Each bow, rosette or headpiece purchased is made especially for an outfit and is based on the photo provided by the buyer.
By opting for custom you are entitling me to use my own best judgment to match your outfit.

Please be aware that often lighting will change shades, making them appear lighter or darker so please of you can provide the best/ clearest photo possible to ensure the best match.

Custom bows are non refundable nor able to exchange for another bow to be made.
If in such circumstance you are unhappy with your customized purchase you will be advised to re order with a better photo or any request given.
