Product Description
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the color, design, or other details will perfectly match what you see on your screen due to variations in monitors and other factors.
No Returns for Remakes
Please be aware that once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for the purpose of having it remade. If you are not satisfied with your item, you will need to place a new order. Be sure to clearly specify your desired preferences and details when making a new purchase to ensure you receive the product you want.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard Postal Service: All parcels are sent via standard postal service using Spain's Correos for deliveries within Spain and Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK. Standard postal service does not include tracking or guaranteed delivery times.
Courier Service: If you opt to add the courier service, which you can do so by adding it to your cart during checkout, your parcel will be sent via UPS. This option includes tracking and an estimated delivery time. We strongly recommend adding the courier service for any items needed for specific dates to ensure timely delivery.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors in the order that result from incorrect or unclear information provided by the customer.
Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment as listed on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.
Turnaround Times
Most of our products are handmade to order. Our typical turnaround times range between 2-4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please specify this at the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless you opt for the courier service.
Limitation of Liability
MadeByJessica is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
